The principal of Resonance Creative since 2007, Michelle Gouldsberry previously worked as a copywriter at NAVAJO Company in Milpitas, California, writing customer case studies, data sheets, website content and promotional campaign materials for IBM, Sun Microsystems, Symantec, Trend Micro and Network Appliance. Before joining NAVAJO, she was principal of Agåpe Creative, which provided marketing communications, writing and project management services to technology and non high-tech clients. She has also worked at investor relations and public relations agencies in Silicon Valley as a public relations manager, account manager and an account team member. Ms. Gouldsberry began her career as a journalist, working as a researcher for nationally syndicated television newsmagazines and as a reporter.

She holds a masters degree in journalism from The Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.
